**The following are suggested workouts only. The staple (rounds 1 and 2) This is the flagship workout of the rope Fx. it is a beginner based circuit that works your entire body and can be done anywhere you can set up the device! it is also a great warm up workout for any activity, whether it is for sports, weightlifting, interval training, etc.
begin the circuit by completing 15 reps of each exercise in order, with little/if any rest between sets
want to up the intensity? work up to 20 reps each exercise, then aim for 3 rounds of the entire circuit. record your time and work towards beating your time as you progress!
