Nick Burke is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University in 2011.
Nick specializes in bodyweight based training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, barbell training, cross-training, endurance sports strength and conditioning, weight management/reduction and more. When he is not training clients or developing the RopeFX Trainer, Nick enjoys sailboat racing, mountain biking, hiking, traveling and anything that involves being active and outdoors!
